Shipping Policy
All orders ship via Mercury. Orders take ask 1-3 business days to be delivered once confirmed and processed. You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with shipping information once your product has been shipped.
Please review all you information thoroughly before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing their accurate mailing information. We will not be held responsible for any product delivered to a wrong address. A flat rate of ZMW 30 for Kabwe and ZMW 75 for the rest of Zambia.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
